Ingredients: tapioca starch, hydrogenated vegetal fat, skimmed milk powder, sour tapioca starch, iodated refined salt, artificial cheese flavor.
Cheese Bread Recipe
Kemek Cheese Bread Mix................................. 250g (8.8 Oz)
Eggs (an egg has aprox. 50 g)............................. 2 eggs (100 g)
Cool Water or Milk........................................... 100 ml
Cheese (suggestion: use mozzarella cheese)..... 100 g
How to prepare:
1. Put Cheese Bread Mix and cheese (well sliced) in a mixer. (Photo 1)
2. Add water or Milk and Two eggs.(Photo 2)
3. Mix till getting a homogeneous dough.(Photo 3, 4)
4. Make balls of dough / size: like a ping-pong ball(suggestion: powder parmesan cheese). You can make 16 to 20 balls (Photo 5)
5. Bake in 180ºC ( 360°F) for approximately 25 minutes (time depends on the size of the pieces). (Photo 6, 7)
