Return Policy
June Bees, Inc. ensures that the products ordered through our web site upon confirmation of payment by the customer will be shipped and delivered promptly. All descriptions of products, pricings, and shipping costs, if any, are provided clearly on our web site. Although shipping times may vary, shipments usually arrive in 2-3 days when shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail for domestic purchases, and in 7 to 10 days by Air Mail to customers in Japan and other foreign countries.
Although we provides the highest quality services and preservation control for our products, we'll fully refund or exchange the product at no cost to the purchaser for any good damaged during shipping. All shipping costs will be refunded only with written proof provided by purchaser in such circumstances. In these cases, customer must ship us back products within 7 days after received.
We do not refund or exchange products unless they are damaged, or lost during shipment.
Full refunds are provided for products that are out of stock at the time of order.
